Terms & Conditions

This page outlines the ground rules for using our website and working with us. It’s not here to trip anyone up — just to keep things clear and fair.

Using Our Website

When you browse our website, download resources, or book a consultation, you’re agreeing to use our content respectfully. All material — including text, visuals, downloads, and guides — is the intellectual property of BondEsq Accounting & Bookkeeping Services and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without our written permission.

Services

We offer a range of services including bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and business advisory. Some of these are delivered as ongoing subscriptions, while others are one-off or project-based.

Clients may request to upgrade or downgrade their service plan with advance notice. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

Our services are delivered remotely unless otherwise stated. Any on-site work will be arranged and agreed separately.

Client Relationships

Working with us starts with an official engagement — either through a signed agreement or confirmed onboarding communication. Until then, no accountant-client relationship exists.

We may decline services if we believe a request falls outside our expertise, values, or availability. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client breaches terms, is abusive, or compromises our integrity.

Payments & Invoicing

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur interest or service interruptions. If something’s unclear or causing difficulty, we’re always open to a conversation.

Personal Data Storage & Responsibility

We securely store personal and business data as part of delivering our services. Clients are responsible for ensuring the information they provide is accurate and up to date. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Communication Methods

Our preferred communication methods include telephone, email and video conferencing. We aim to respond within two working days, and we ask that clients respect working hours for non-urgent matters.

Hours of Business Operations

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (UK time), excluding public holidays. Communications outside these hours may be responded to on the next business day.

Conduct & Behaviour

We treat our clients with professionalism and respect — and expect the same in return. Harassment, abusive language, or unethical behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in service termination.

Data & Confidentiality

We treat all client data with the highest level of confidentiality. Details on how we handle data are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

We provide guidance and services to the best of our ability. However, we’re not responsible for outcomes that result from decisions made without our full involvement, from withheld information, or from external changes (such as tax law updates).

Policy Updates

These terms may be updated occasionally. We’ll post the latest version here, and by continuing to use our site or services, you’re accepting the current version.
